The Planter's Brown/Brass Side Table is a side table constructed from cast aluminum and preserved tobacco leaves that provides a compact surface for decor or beverages. This collaborative design honors the history of Sarreid Ltd and the local community, as part of the Planter's Collection. The 24" high base is a cast aluminum design with a hammered metal texture in aged brass, giving a nod to brutalist design aesthetics. It supports a self-edged 14" diameter top crafted from tobacco leaves preserved in their natural golden color by carefully applied acrylic. Both components are hand-crafted, with the top made by Artisan Leaf LLC in Wilson, N.C. The table's organic, naturalistic style with its branch-like metal base and natural leaf top adds an interesting element to any space. The base features a mottled finish, showcasing darker recessed areas and brighter metallic highlights for a textured appearance.
